Hansen Marine Energies is a technology-based company developing engineered innovative solutions to solve the challenges of the energy transition and the scarcity of some key resources such a sweet water.

The experience and know-how of our executive staff encompasses fields such as Marine & Offshore Engineering, Offshore Construction and Installation Services, Water Treatment, Instrumentation, Monitoring of Industrial Processes and Marine Units, Ship Management.

We leverage on the expertise and know-how of our founders and shareholders to develop tailor-made and reliable solutions services to the marine and offshore energies.

We want to positively contribute to the energy transition and to protect the marine environment by providing innovative and nature friendly solutions to the floating wind energy.

We want to enhance the integrity and reliability of floating wind turbines and optimize their operation and maintenance.

Captain Régis Revilliod

Chief Technology Officer

Captain 1st Class of the Merchant Navy, and after more than years of navigation as master of tanker ships, Regis held management positions at Générale des Eaux (now VEOLIA) before joining the Offshore Oil & Gas industry with ETPM. He then started his own engineering services company in the field of instrumentation and monitoring of marine units and industrial processes. In 2010 he initiated the Ocean Fresh Water project aiming at producing drinking water from seawater. This resulted in the commissioning and successful operation of the unique mineral water bottling ship ÔDEEP ONE in 2020. Shipowner of Compagny Ofwships

Managing Director

Eric Hansen graduated in Mechanical Engineering with Ecole Centrale de Nantes in France and in Petroleum Economics with the French Institute of Petroleum (IFP). He has more than 40 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Eric started his career as Field Engineer and R&D Manager for pipeline services companies, before joining Coflexip (now TechnipFMC) as Project Manager in 1989. He then held Project Management and Commercial Management positions at ETPM (now Subsea7), Bureau Veritas and SAIPEM until 2020. Eric has been stationed in the Netherlands, Houston and Singapore and had also an extensive Business Development and Sales experience in Africa. As Managing Director of HANSEN MARINE ENERGIES SAS, Eric is looking forward to contributing to the development of the new offshore wind and marine energies.
